Booking and cancellation policies

We look forward to elevating your inner and outer beauty. Please note we require a credit card to place on hold for all services and will not be charged at the time of booking. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No Call/No Shows will be charged for the full amount of your total services. You will receive confirmations of your appointment via text and email. Please open them to confirm or reschedule your appointment. We are considerate of your time as we hope you will also be of ours. Emergencies and certain life experiences are unavoidable, and we can always try reschedule for you. Thank you, Kimberlee

Wedding booking policies

Congratulations. We are so excited for you! We will hold a date with a non-refundable administration fee/ deposit $200 and /or contract in order to reserve the time and not book other services on your date. This fee goes towards your wedding day services unless cancelled it goes towards our administration fees. All final numbers of services are due 60 days prior to the wedding date. Bride is financially responsible for any changes after 60 days prior to the event. Please contact us for complete bridal information and thank you for considering us for your very big day!

Service Satisfaction

At To Make Beautiful, we take great pride in the quality of our services and the satisfaction of our clients. Due to the time, products, and personalized attention involved in every appointment, all services are non-refundable once rendered. We strongly encourage open communication throughout your appointment and during trials so we can make any adjustments to ensure your expectations and safety are met. Please let us know of any allergies or medication interactions at the beginning of your appointment. If you are unhappy with a trial or service, please let us know during or immediately after the appointment so we have the opportunity to address the situation. Our goal is always to make you feel beautiful and confident. While refunds are not offered, we are happy to work with you to address concerns and provide a solution that supports your experience with us. If you experience a reaction or are unhappy for any reason, please let us know — your concerns will always be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Product Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on products; however, we’re happy to offer an exchange for unopened and unused items within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. For the safety of all clients, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products. Thank you for understanding and supporting a safe, hygienic environment.
